What happens after the 30-day trial?
After 30 days, your account switches to Post-Trial mode.
You keep access to Trades tab with the full journal:
auto-import from MT5 and crypto exchanges, comments, attachments, and ratings.
Locked after trial: CSV import, Statistics, Charts, Compare, Monte Carlo,
Calendar, Survival Index, all export formats (CSV / Excel / PDF),
and Replay & Backtesting.
Your data is preserved — when you activate a paid license, everything is restored instantly.
How do I activate a paid license?
After purchase, you'll receive a license key by email. Open
TradeMetrics → Settings → License section →
paste the key → click Activate.
Can I use one license on multiple computers?
License is tied to
one computer. If you change PCs, contact
support@zimmetrics.com — we'll
transfer your license to the new machine.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day free trial with full functionality.
You can test everything before paying. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm
the product meets your expectations — refunds are not available.
What payment methods do you accept?
